To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health and safety reasons, and due to the specialized nature of some costumes, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or altered costumes (including tailored items from our Plus Size collection)
  • Intimate apparel from our Burlesque Costumes collection
  • Costumes with removed tags or signs of wear
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
