🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or altered costumes (including tailored items from our Plus Size collection)
- Intimate apparel from our Burlesque Costumes collection (for hygiene reasons)
- Costumes with removed tags or signs of wear
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
The Return & Exchange Process
1 Contact Our Support Team
Email our friendly Australian-based support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
2 Receive Return Authorization
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for your return. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
3 Package Your Item Securely
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form we provide.
4 Ship Your Return
Ship your return to our Australian address using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-10 business days.
