5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your costume! If not, here’s our policy:

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made costumes, intimate apparel from the Burlesque collection, and items with removed tags or signs of wear cannot be returned.
• Process:

  2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

  4. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
